Perfect jacket
We live in the Seattle area and get a lot of damp weather that's not necessarily cold or dripping wet. This jacket has a fitted hood that stays on to protect against the misty rain, is very weatherproof, and just the right amount of warmth, being not too thin and not too thick, although I think it would be great for much colder weather than we normally get, which is usually around the 30's and 40's during the winter. My daughter wears it every day on the walk to school, and there hasn't been a day all winter when it wasn't the perfect jacket to wear.
