Heavy...
I purchased this shirt to use as a base layer type shirt while hiking, and unfortunately had to return it due to it being far to thick and heavy for my needs. I certainly not something I would ever want to wear at the beach, or on a hike. The product quality was not blemished in any way, however beware this shirt is far from light and airy. In my opinion it would be more suitable for cooler climates, dry weather, low activity level types. Bird watching or something maybe.

Great all around shirt
I bought these shirts for early season wear on the river (under a splash jacket). I got them in the mail, and they fit perfectly. The materials is awesome for an in and out of thwe water day when you want to be dry. The only downshide is that they snag a little bit if they find something rough (eg heavy duty velcro). Love these shirts though!!

Fun, bright shirt
I wore this shirt hiking in the Sierra Nevadas. It's breathable, comfortable and extremely attractive. While I like the stitching on the seams from a design perspective, it tends to snag on things. Probably not the best trail shirt for that reason, but overall still a great shirt that protects you from the sun.
