Columbia Women's Plus Size PFG Tamiami II Long Sleeve Shirt

LOVE the shirt.
I burn very easily (blond/blue) and wanted a stylish sun blocking shirt in a woman's size 1X. First of all, this size is hard to come by. I did find 2 other options and ordered all 3 (the other 2 brands and the Altrec brand). The Altrec brand had the best fit, the most stylish detailing on the buttons and cut of the shirt. Also - the fabric was the best of the batch .... lightweight and airy while still providing the sunscreen protection I need. Great product - quick and painless online ordering and great fulfillment - sent to me quickly. I would strongly recomment this shirt to others!!

Cut for petites, awesome fabrication.
I love my Columbia sunshirts. I own a plethora of them, the Sun Goddess II, Tamiami, all manner of PFG shirts. The Sun Goddess and Tamiami shirts are made from the same fabric, which is a super lightweight, durable, stretchy material that I find heavenly. I end up wearing the men's shirts for comfort, even though the women's shirts are very nicely shaped: I am big and tall with long arms and long torso, and the women's shirts are always too short in the sleeve. I also like my sunshirts loose and relaxed-fit, so tropical breezes can get in and cool me down! I end up purchasing plus sizes to get the roominess I prefer and the sleeve coverage, but then they are too wide. If you are shorter in the arm and/or torso, these shirts will be perfect for you! If they were longer, they would be perfect for me! I must content myself with the men's Tamiami II PFG shirts for comfort and convenience.
