Classy tote
I was looking for a tote that I could take with me for a day on the town and that would look good enough to be my "handbag". The Ava bag has answered that need nicely. I bought the black hounds tooth and it has a nice look to it- classy enough to take out to nicer restaurants and stores, but edgy enough to be hip. The material is a durable coated fabric, which repels water and dirt. The inside is roomy- though it doesn't have much in the way of compartments and pockets. However, that wasn't the main objective for me with this bag- I wanted something roomy that would look GOOD. This Dakine tote fits the bill!

Just as described but I thought it would be bigger so that I could carry work files in it. It's just the right size for wallet, makeup, odds-and-ends, and a paperback, no more. Good for a day out shopping, etc.
