Best light weight hat
I love that it keeps you warm and seems not to overheat like synthetics. It has enough elastic in it that it keeps its shape and stays on when running. It fits nice under a helmet and is not bulky. Love wool

Fits Like A Glove!
I bought this same hat in Colorado last year on a ski trip, but it never made it back to Tennessee. Actually I forgot I bought it only having it few days before misplacing it. Was getting gear together for this years trip & I found the receipt where I bought it in a gear bag. I remembered what a sweet hat she was so I had to purchase another one. Best hat I've ever owned. Fits like it was tailored to my head. Extremely warm & stretchy too! I can pull it down over my ears & it stays put.

Not Too Shabby
I purchased this hat for running in the winter. I wanted a hat that would cover my ears, keep me warm (but not too warm), was not synthetic, and if I got too hot, I could take it off and store it in my pocket or hand without it being too cumbersome. The Meru hat is perfect. I assume that it will stretch out a little over time because it is wool, but washing it will bring it right back. I own over a dozen Ibex items and have never been disappointed. Please choose sustainable wool. Who wants to wear plastic?
