Excellent product!
I have tried a number of synthetic, fleece and windproof fleece gaiters for face protection. I've never found one that I've been completely satisfied with; it may slip down during use or end up not breathing well. Were those are deficient, this gaiter works above and beyond. Additionally, I'm able to wear it with casual and dress clothes were with those it may look a little awkward. Definitely get this product if your not a fan of scarves and need something that will work equally well when at play or at work.

Seals the gap.
I love this little scarf-like device. Very portable and does the job to close that space between your neck and jacket. I have an especially skinny neck and on-the-small-side head, and still I haven't had a problem keeping this in place. The feel is great-- no itching, just like other smartwool products I've purchased. It can look a little like your wearing a turtleneck from "The Big Chill" era, but all in all it's a keeper.

Form-fitting warmth
This gaitor is greater! I've had 2 other varieties of gaitors and this one is the tops daddy-O. Heavy and Breathable: I wore it for the first time in a bad storm and it functioned perfectly. Extra Material: There's enough material to extend over the face and even up to the ears before you end up looking like a movie-extra on the set a lame sock bandit murder mystery. Color: Subdued colors for fast, technical gear are my favorite and the dark blue (Divine) is nice. It has a blueish hue rather than a stark, dark-colored tone as with alot of gear. Functionality: It's both aesthetically and outdoor-illy functional.
