GREAT PAIR OF BOOTS!
My choice of boots was relatively narrow because I wear a size 15. I was looking for a slightly higher boot than the "regular" hiking boot that just covers the ankle. I cannot give a road-test report because I have not put a ton of miles on the boots. But they're well-made and fit perfectly and since I normally wear a 15 they seem therefore neither big or small for a 15. I do wear a medium or slightly heavier than medium sock with these boots. Because of their height they are very supportive which is what I was looking for because I am 6'8" and have a high center of gravity--the more support the better. The boots do not rub anywhere despite their height. I'm very much looking forward to hiking in these. Thanks.

My Favorite HIGH-RISE Boot
The boot is very solid and comfortable. It might be hot in the summer though. The one draw back is the quality of laces. They aren't so abrasion-resistant. I also like the fabric interior, as it is breathable. I heard the interior is the first to fall apart, but we'll see.

Great quality and comfort
Very impressed with the quality of the boot . Fit runs a little small I am typicallly a 9.5 and had to go with the 10. First time wear I put on about 5 miles and had nothing but confort. The heal realy fits well. Love how the boot laces and stays snug after lacing. Planning to use on sheep hunt in the fall in the Yukon territory. Looking foreward to trekking the mountains in these fine fitting boots.
