I think this fleece crew top is a quality 2nd layer or outermost layer for winter days where you need breathability in addition to warmth such that sweat does not condense next to your skin. Not super comfortable against skin but over breathable underwear this fleece will keep in the heat. I priced similar fleece crew tops for double the price elsewhere so this is a good value and the Merrill brand is quality. Satisfied that Altrec carries relatively affordable and yet high quality clothes.
