Mountain House Potatoes n Beef - Serves 2

One of my favorites
It is hard to go wrong with beef, potatoes and onions, so the taste of this meal is really good! The two portion back is just enough for me - I don't get as full from this meal as from some others from Mountain House, but it is enough (especially if combined with some crisp bread for extra fiber). Downsides might be that it does not have green vegetables and contains quite a lot of salt (but it does not taste too salty). Add some black pepper for even better taste!! Definitely recommend it!!
