Good Support
I also have an L4/L5 ruptured disc so I was looking for a shoe with some cushion. Very satisfied, definitely eases my walk/jogs. I bought from Altrec off of Amazon. Right order, good delivery time, but I wish they qualified for Amazon Prime.
