The long-zip end opening allows rapid entry so you can minimize the number of micro guests. Our Hydroseal-200 coated floor material will prevent a wet ground from soaking through. Slept like a baby!
A great option for those buggy trips in the backcountry. Don't like hiding inside your sweaty sleeping bag, suffocating and then waking up even more tired than the night before. The OR bug bivy is the perfect option.

Outdoor Research Bug Bivy (Two Thumbs Up) Just recently returned from a Mission Trip in Haiti and I purchased the bivy for the trip. I got the bivy since I would be sleeping on a cot. The product is light and can pack down small for light travel. No problems with mosquitos and sleeping in the bivy was not a problem. I was worried about rolling around but is was not issue. Excellent product for Bug protection at night! ~Livestrong
