fit and function!
So, this was a gift for my wife so that we could get out a little more and do some snowshoeing without getting her feet and pants wet/soaked. Of course there are other products that make this helpful like water "proof" boots and pants, but the gaiters are a must have for snowshoeing. The Women's Verglas Gaiter by Outdoor Research is a winner. They are a good fitting gaiter, are eye appealing, and function exactly as designed.

Get the Job Done
I bought these for the warmer spring weather, for climbing and hiking. Took them out for a test drive up a ridge and encountered anything from shale, boulders, sand and deep crusted snow at the summit and they held up great and kept my feet and ankles dry for the most part (as good as any gaiter could for the conditions) even when glissading down the slope. Great buy for the money.

Nice quality gaitor
Fit is good, functionality and ease of use excellent. That they are lightweight is a huge plus. It's also fun that they have the attractive little OR logo flower on them, I'm geared up and stylin'...sweet.
