Its durable 2-layer 100% polyester shell has a waterproof/breathable H2No barrier to keep wet snow out, and the Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish prevents wetting through. Inside, a warm, high-loft layer of 150-g Thermogreen insulation (90% recycled) fills the interior. An adjustable, removable hood, fleece-lined collar, full-length internal wind flap, fully taped seams and mini-powder skirt (that attaches to the Boys' Go-Snow Pants) seal out the elements. Other details include: insulated handwarmer pockets and a hidden, zippered chest pocket for an audio player. Our "grow-fit" feature in the sleeves adds two inches for extended wear. With a drawcord hem and a hand-me-down ID label inside.

Great bomb-proof kids' jacket
This is a terrific jacket for anyone looking for an all-winter jacket for active boys. It looks great and performs just as well. Excellent build quality and well thought out design. It's pretty bright, which will serve well on the slopes and in the snow. Highly recommended.
