The Patagonia Men's Minimalist Wavefarer Board Shorts is perfectly proportioned; nothing wasted, nothing wanting. Made from light but durable 4.3-oz 100% nylon with a quick-drying DWR (durable water repellent) finish, the classic inseam boardies hit just above the knee and don't chafe. The self-draining, zippered side-seam pocket has a key loop, and the low-rise 3-piece, self-lined waistband contours to the hip line. Our new flat-lying heavy-duty webbing button and plastic zipper pulls are corrosion-proof for maximum stay-on power. Outseam (size 32) is 19 . Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

Great Boardshorts!
Needed to update some swimwear and these shorts were the answer. I'm not the tallest so going with the 'minimalist' version and shaving 2" of the legnth was perfect for me (they still come close to my knees). Fit was perfect in the waist so definitely order your proper waist size. Big pro was how fast they dry. Being that I tend to wear my clothes out, I'm definitely going to get another pair and probably not have to update my swimwear for several years. Altrec delived on time and as advertised. Well done.

Awesome Shorts!
Theses shorts are just awesome! They are extremely comfortable and the quality of materials are top of the line! Took them out to the lake already and they are some of the quickest drying shorts I have ever owned.

Patagonia Board Shorts
Wore them swimming on my recent trip to the Philippines and I have to say that they did the job. They're light and fast drying. I'm short (5 ft 7 in), so the length is perfect...they end right below my knees. I like the small zipper pocket below the waist...good for storing your keys. Definitely worth buying.
