Great fit comfortable prevents dog from pulling and from hurting his neck My dog can wear it comfortably for hours adjustable so it can fit when he grows we are training him to walk on a lease this has been a great help

Nice, lightweight harness
I have a 4 month old cocker spaniel/poodle mix, and while she's learning to walk and run on a leash I didn't want to be tugging on her neck constantly. This harness does a great job, and she actually doesn't mind wearing it a bit. It's pretty lightweight, so it might not be ideal for a large, strong dog, but at only 8.5 pounds it's working great for my puppy. As others said it takes some time to get it all adjusted, but once you've got it dialed in it's easy to take on and off and fits great.

lightweight and strong
I have another much more robust Ruffwear harness, but wanted a lighter weight one that my yellow lab could wear during summer and not get as hot. This one is great. It takes a bit to figure it out, but once you get in the habit it goes on well. The medium size fits my 68lb lab well.
