It's just like an adult aprs-ski slip-on boot, and ideal for wearing around town after skiing and snowboarding with the family. The upper features 100% recycled P.E.T. ripstop fabric, so it's fairly tough and water resistant, but it's not at all like one of those cheap rubber play boots. The Boy's Nuptse Bootie II Snow Boot fits and feels more like a toasty-warm slipper. That's because each boot has a plush layer of 600 gram Heatseeker insulation for optimal warmth in cold temperatures. While there are tougher boots out there, the Nuptse Bootie II is plenty tough enough for urban wear. It features an abrasion-resistant rand and a cushioned, compression-molded EVA outsole with multi-directional lugs. Just keep in mind that this is an ultra-warm aprs-ski style design that's probably not the primary choice for a wear-all-day-on-the-frozen-playground sort of winter footwear.

Best boots !
I ordered these boots for my 7 year old son . They are very light, comfortable and warm. The price was great .His feet were dry and the boots stayed clean, just a quick wipe and they were like new. I bought another size bigger so they would be worn next winter. He loves them because they are easy to put on by himself and remove them by himself." Highly recommended.
