Great light shoe
For shoe size, stick to your regular shoe size and you'll be fine. These are one of the lightest and most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Works really great in the rain and keeps your feet dry! I'm thinking of buying a 2nd pair just to have in case they may discontinue this shoe.

I ordered a half shoe size too big as recommended but it was too big for this model. Other than that this shoe is awesome.
