Xrc Boa II
The XRC Boa II shoe is a great trail running shoe. What I like my self the you don't have lace's to draw up and tie. Just turn the dial on the back of the shoe and it tightens to your desire. I use them on the trails in Montana and the best thing is they last longer than most shoes. I would buy them again as I have. pat

Great light shoe
For shoe size, stick to your regular shoe size and you'll be fine. These are one of the lightest and most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Works really great in the rain and keeps your feet dry! I'm thinking of buying a 2nd pair just to have in case they may discontinue this shoe.
