Well made heavy rain jacket
This is a lovely jacket but much heavier than I thought when I selected it. I live in a mild climate and wanted something lighterweight. This would be terrific in a place like Portland where there's a lot of rain and its cooler than So. Cal where it's not as cold when it rains.
