Report: I visit the pocono mountains frequently and we love to hike the mountains and take our little boat out on the lakes and spend days fishing. The pocono/endless mountains are very beautiful and it really is the perfect place to get away from the stress of the city. (We generally take our pop-up campter and stay at State Parks, but we intend to buy a cabin in the Endless Mountains soon.)

Report: I live near the Poconos. It's in the middle of nowhere, almost entirely forest, with lots of animals, mostly deer. There are a lot of bears, too, but they don't bother people. Most people complain about it, but I like it! It's a great inspiration for art and literature. If you come, don't bring an RV- theres not much room. A good place for lunch is... inside. There are bugs and mice here!!!
