DO NOT ride your bike on these trails. They are littered with millions of little burrs or thorns from the trail side vegitation. Both my brother and I encountered two flat tires each that resulted in the purchase of four new performance tubs. Ride at your own risk!

Easy access with good, well marked black top roads. Fishing for trout was very good while trolling with Dick Nite lures. Walleye and large mouth bass are usually active most in early evenings. Bird watching is a plus to fishermen although half of the lake is off limits to fishing and reserved as a wild fowl reserve. Area around lake is flat and a warning eye should be kept on the weather...especially the wind! The wind picks up very quickly and is a danger to the unaware boater. Pick-nicking areas are provided however flies and nats do present a problem so insect spray is recommended.
