This is a jewel of a park with hiking and trail bicycle riding. The deep springs are beautiful. We saw a large group of manatee.

We had a great week here in Feb 2001. Nice weather, saw plenty of manatees here and in crystal river. REAL quiet place. Bring snorkel gear for the spring and a bike. Good food in Chiefland.
