Harrisville is a beautiful place and I have been going there since I was a few weeks old and I am now 14 and I love it there is so much to do like swim in the lake, play baseball, horseshoes, basketball, you can ride your bike around the park and also there is a delicious ice cream parlour around in town about 2 minutes away to the right, a great place to eat for breakfast is called to bakery and that is right in town to you can fish down by the harbour and the business from the park is very welcoming and that is why we keep coming back every year! You'll have a wonderful stay!

The park is absolutely beautiful! There is a short (very short!) walk into town where there is a drug store fulfilling most needs, a delicious ice cream store, an IGA, and other specialty stores. The beach is sandy with a small playground. Many people come here, but all are pleasant and my family finds themselves making friends with all of our neighbors. I highly reccomend this campground. I make it through the winter knowing that in the summer I will be spending two weeks here!!

Harrisville State park is a wonderful place to spend time camping with your family. We go every year and it NEVER gets boring. The beaches are beautiful and sandy, there is volleyball, horseshoe, baseball, and swimming. There are two bath houses with showers and it is a huge campground...I think there is close to 230 sites.
