Plenty of open area for recreation. In the winter time you can do some sledding down the side of the hill. This is a very popular place to fly electronic model airplanes and just shoot golf balls. Baseball, football, soccer and frisbee are some of the activities we enjoy doing while at this park. Just a little ways away is the Niagara Gorge and the Niagara Falls power project. This has a museum that includes the building of this massive project and great hands-on activities for the children. It is at about a fourth grade level in its activities. The most fun we had was sending free electronic post cards to our relatives. They also give you a free post card of the power project. The best part about this is it is entirly FREE!
