Although my family and I saw many people there, we did not feel crowded. This park is best in mid-to late-spring. Anyone is allowed to play, run or walk through the water fountains that are near the Railroad Trestle. I recommend parking near the trestle, getting wet, then dry out as you stroll around the park visiting the different monuments. Nice facilities, nice wide sidewalks that are great for stroller or wheelchairs. Near the farmer's market. The market is not air conditioned--so better make the trip before it's too humid. This is a great afternoon trip--well worth the time. Something for everyone!!!
