A wonderful place to camp. I camped here when I was a kid and stopped due to my folks, that had decided to stop camping. I missed it so, that now I am 35 and recently bought me some camping supplies and headed back out to Tims Ford for more camping. It is a nice place, quiet, patroled by the park rangers. They do not allow booze even though you know that people do carry it in. The lake provides wonderful fishing, the park is wonderful for hiking, riding bikes, picnics and do not forget your camera. You just might see a deer or two. I highly recommend Tims Ford park for a wonderful week or just a weekend of camping pleasure.
