My partner and I have visited Chief Timothy Park for the last 5 years for our annual vacation. We intently set it for the week after Memorial Day weekend, and we have the entire tent camping area to ourselves in the upper level of the park. The staff and grounds crew are invaluable, and are available to any campers 24/7. The fishing is great from the boat docks, and since we practice catch and release, we take pictures of the many Perch, Catfish, Blue Gill, Carp (mango size), and of course Bass. I would recommend this park to anyone, and the view from your tent is absolutely spectacular! Fishing in the morning and evening (as it gets quite hot in the midday)is our chosen method, and we usually end up spending 2 or 3 days there longer than we intended because we hate to leave there, and when we finally do, we wish we were there again!

Chief Tomothy is one of the best places to camp I have ever seen. My dad and I join a group of about 30 friends and family for about ten days on the river. And often during the year I wish I was there right then. We spend the ten days boating, boarding, riding, a great time that only Chief Timothy's can provide. I hope that Chief Timothy's will be their for my family and I to enjoy.
