Description - Lake Casa Blanca International State Park consisting of 371 land acres and 1650 lake surface acres, is located on Lake Casa Blanca, east of Laredo in Webb County. The park was operated jointly by the City of Laredo and Webb County before it was acquired by the state in 1990 and opened in March 1991. The park is currently open daily from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., with a busy season of April - August . The park is open Daily 7 a.m. - 10 p.m with a busy season: April - August .

- The Lake Casa Blanca International State Park offers visitors to the area a variety of land and water based activities. Moreover, wildlife species which have been noted in the park include jackrabbit, ground squirrel, cottontail, deer, and javelina. Birds commonly seen include killdeer, heron, egret, mockingbird, house sparrow, and grackles. Park facilities include restrooms with showers; picnic sites; campsites with water; and campsites with water and electricity (30 amps). There are 5 day-use group facilities: 1) a group recreation hall (electricity, water, a stove, a refrigerator, air-conditioning/heating; indoor restrooms, picnic tables, and a barbecue pit); 2) Sports Group Picnic Pavilion (picnic tables, a large barbecue pit, water facility nearby, volleyball and basketball courts nearby, well-lighted outside).
